Modern carbon neutral heating

Most of the heat used in the glasshouse comes from our 2 wood chip boilers. These allow us to heat the glasshouse in a carbon neutral 21st century model.

All of the wood is sourced locally with much of the wood coming from woodland at Standhill and adjacent plantations. All wood fed into the process comes from sustainable managed woodlands.
